Good VVE management requires a pleasant rapport between the owners, the board of the VVE and the manager. On top of a close collaboration, the best management also needs short lines of communication. This is why we will appoint one account manager to each VVE who will be supported by one technical manager and an efficient financial and secretarial department. This team is responsible for the services below.
Makelaars Associatie takes care of the VVE’s member administration and, upon request, passes information to third parties. Our manager prepares the annual members meeting, takes the minutes and produces the report.
Our financial support includes:
Under the supervision of our VVE manager, the maintenance and long-term maintenance plans are compiled, implemented and then checked. Emergency repairs can be reported to our special maintenance line outside office hours.
If required, we can also advise on defining and/or changing deeds of division. We will take care of the administrative and legal requirements. We can also be of service in keeping the VVE’s Rules and Regulations up to date.
Laws that may affect VVEs are regularly being changed and new laws introduced. For example, VVEs must be registered at the Chamber of Commerce and have a reserve fund.
