Settlement of service costs

It may be that you live in an apartment building for which the service costs are settled annually and, if necessary, the prepayments will be adjusted accordingly. We strive to send you the settlement of service costs within six months after the end of the settlement period concerned.

However, to draw up this settlement we are dependant on input provided by third parties. Sometimes we receive this input later than we would wish for and, as a consequence it is possible that a settlement is finalized later than desirable.
