Your rental agreement has to be terminated in writing and signed by you, please consider your formal notice period! We will contact you to arrange a pre inspection and end inspection of the property.
TERMINATION LETTER
Your rental agreement always has to be terminated in writing, preferable by registered mail, and signed by you. Your notice is only valid after our confirmation. For the termination of a rental agreement a notice of one full calendar month, per the first day of the month, is applicable, after a minimum rental period of one year. Check your rental agreement for possible exceptions.
If the last day of the rental agreement is in a weekend or a public holiday, the keys will have to be handed in on the last workday prior to that date. Please include current telephone numbers and your new address in your termination letter.
