It is not allowed to make changes to the leased property without the permission of the Makelaars Associatie. If you wish to make a change you will find an application form and the conditions for making a Self-Assembly Arrangement (Z.A.V.) in the following document.

Upon receipt of the application you will receive our approval or rejection, or our supervisor will make an appointment with you to discuss the proposed changes with you.

Please note, incomplete forms will not be processed. In general you should assume that changes should always be reversible, this means that it should be possible to return the rented property to its original state without much effort.
